All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order at our sole discretion.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original shipment date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Final sale items, including clearance merchandise, are not eligible for return.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: We currently offer refunds only. For a different item, please process a return and place a new order.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
