Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
- It must be returned within 30 days from the date you received the item.
- The item must be in its original packaging, where possible.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items without their original tags or packaging.
Initiating a Return
To start a return process, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
We will respond promptly with instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive the refund for the value of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
In the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund, including original shipping charges.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
For the health and safety of all our customers, certain intimate items or items where the hygiene seal is broken cannot be returned unless faulty.
